ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ

Which had weighed upon your back

94:4 Juz 30 · Page 597

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ

And raised high for you your repute.

94:5 Juz 30 · Page 597

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

94:6 Juz 30 · Page 597

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

94:7 Juz 30 · Page 597

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ

So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

94:8 Juz 30 · Page 597

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب

And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

95:1 Juz 30 · Page 597

وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ

By the fig and the olive

95:2 Juz 30 · Page 597

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ

And [by] Mount Sinai

95:3 Juz 30 · Page 597

وَهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ

And [by] this secure city [Makkah],

95:4 Juz 30 · Page 597

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍۢ

We have certainly created man in the best of stature;

95:5 Juz 30 · Page 597

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ

Then We return him to the lowest of the low,

95:6 Juz 30 · Page 597

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍۢ

Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.

95:7 Juz 30 · Page 597

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ

So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?

95:8 Juz 30 · Page 597

أَلَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ ٱلْحَٰكِمِينَ

Is not Allah the most just of judges?

96:1 Juz 30 · Page 597

ٱقْرَأْ بِٱسْمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ

Recite in the name of your Lord who created -

96:2 Juz 30 · Page 597

خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ

Created man from a clinging substance.

96:3 Juz 30 · Page 597

ٱقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ ٱلْأَكْرَمُ

Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous -

96:4 Juz 30 · Page 597

ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَ بِٱلْقَلَمِ

Who taught by the pen -

96:5 Juz 30 · Page 597

عَلَّمَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ

Taught man that which he knew not.

96:6 Juz 30 · Page 597

كَلَّآ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لَيَطْغَىٰٓ

No! [But] indeed, man transgresses

96:7 Juz 30 · Page 597

أَن رَّءَاهُ ٱسْتَغْنَىٰٓ

Because he sees himself self-sufficient.

96:8 Juz 30 · Page 597

إِنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلرُّجْعَىٰٓ

Indeed, to your Lord is the return.

96:9 Juz 30 · Page 597

أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يَنْهَىٰ

Have you seen the one who forbids

96:10 Juz 30 · Page 597

عَبْدًا إِذَا صَلَّىٰٓ

A servant when he prays?

96:11 Juz 30 · Page 597

أَرَءَيْتَ إِن كَانَ عَلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ

Have you seen if he is upon guidance

96:12 Juz 30 · Page 597

أَوْ أَمَرَ بِٱلتَّقْوَىٰٓ

Or enjoins righteousness?
